Tour Payments: Any payments within 30 days of the tour must be by check or money order made payable to Charleston Bicycle Tours. Full payment 60 days prior to the tour with a check or wired funds will receive a 4% discount.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. If full payment is not received on time, your reservation will be considered canceled and your $400 per person deposit will be forfeited.
Tour cancellations must be received in writing at least 60 days prior to the start of the trip and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per person. If cancellation is received 31 – 60 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour balance will apply. If cancellation is received fewer than 31 days prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour price will apply, unless the tour can be filled. There are no refunds given for any unused portion of the tour. No refund or discount will be granted for arriving late or leaving a tour prior to its conclusion.
Responsibility Agreement: Your tour confirmation packet will include a Participant Agreement, a Waiver and Release of Liability form,” and a Bicycle Request form, (if using our bicycles), must all be signed and returned within two weeks of receipt.
