Process

  • Fill out Reservation Form.

  • Mail us your deposit and tour balance payments by check or money order made payable to Charleston Bicycle Tours and send to the above address 60 days prior to the tour start and receive a 4% discount. We accept wire transfers for a 4% discount as well, please call.

  • For credit card payments, please call.

  • Any payments within 30 days of a tour must be paid by check or wired funds.

Discounts and Private Tours

  • 4% Good Buy Discount – This is available for any rider who books and pays early for any of our tours, at least 60 days in advance of the tour by check or wired funds.

  • Guaranteed Tour – As long as at least four riders are signed up for any scheduled tour except The Keys tours, which requires six, the tour is guaranteed to run.

  • Private  Tours – when a group of six or more riders books a scheduled 5 or 6 day/night tour paid by check or wired funds at least 120 days in advance, they have the option to make the tour private at no extra cost. Call to request.

  • Group Discount (6%) – This is available for a group of eight riders booking a scheduled or customized 5 or 6 day/night tour and purchased at least 120 days in advance of the tour by check or wired funds.

  • Returning Guests 10% - Returning Guests and their friends who come with them on a scheduled tour will receive a 10% discount if paid by check or money order at least 60 days before the tour starts.

  • Discounts - may not be combined.
